These Terms govern your use of Pilot ("the App"), a Shopify app provided by TALONOID Technologies ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Pilot adds a guided product finder and Shopify-native product recommendations to your Shopify storefront. Products shown are read live from Shopify's own endpoints; the App stores no copy of your catalogue.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on stores you own or operate, for as long as your subscription is active and these Terms are met.
The App offers a free plan and paid plans. All charges are processed by Shopify through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. Paid plans include a free trial; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the App's Plans page. We take no commission on your sales.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of Shopify's terms or applicable law.
The App stores no shopper personal data (Protected Customer Data Level 0). See our Privacy Policy for details on what is and isn't collected, and how deletion works.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 3 months before the claim.
You may uninstall the App at any time. On uninstall, the App stops operating and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
